Hello 2017

Posted 1st January 2017 by Emma Poulloura in Meme / 0 Comments

2017I love the first post of the year. It is always full of promise and hope for the year ahead.

So with that in mind I have set some reading challenges for 2017.

Goodreads 2017 – 100 books. I haven’t achieved this since 2014 but I am determined this year to reach this goal  again. I have completed my training at work so I should have more free time than last year.

TBR – 30 books. My TBR pile is as usual is massive. So this year I aim to read 30 books that were published in 2016 or earlier.

Netgalley – 40 books. This links nicely with the TBR challenge. I made excellent progress with my Netgalley % in 2016 raisin g it from 8% to 21%. I’m hoping to increase this even further this year.

Christmas – 25 books. There are always sooo many Christmas books and I never have enough time to read them all. This year I am aiming to read at least 25 of them.

So have you set any challenges is for the new year?

Anywho in no particular order these are the top 10 books I read this year. Please click on the covers to see my review. The Keepers Series Ok this is a little bit of a cheat as this series is three books (four […]

This means that I didn’t quite meet my goal of 8 books but I’m pretty happy with my 5 books. I want to say a big thank you to all of the authors who spent time writing posts for me. I also want to thank Kim at Bookouture for all of her hard work. I’m sure I was a massive pain with all […]
