Don’t you always plan the perfect Christmas?
Don’t you always think it will be the best one ever?
And doesn’t something – usually one of your loved ones – always come along and screw it up?

Katy’s been spending too much time in the office and not enough time with her family so she wants it all: snow (fake or real), the Michael Bublé Christmas album, whatever it takes.

There’s only one thing missing as far as her husband Ben is concerned: another baby to complete their family. Katy isn’t so sure…

Ben may be playing the role of Master Elf in the pre-school nativity but he is struggling to master his own family life. With romantically-challenged friends, an ex who refuses to go away and Katy’s mum’s 64-year-old toy boy thrown into the mix, Christmas looks like it could be going off the rails… Never mind family planning, can Katy and Ben even plan to make it to the end of Christmas Day?

Thank you to Bookouture for letting me take part in this tour. I’ve been meaning to read this series for a while so I signed up to this tour and moved the series to the top of my TBR list.

The book is set about 3 years after the first 2 books. Millie is now 3 years old and about to have her first Christmas in a proper home. Katy and Ben are looking forward to having the perfect family Christmas. Which is of course completely screwed.

Katy’s mum, her toyboy and his fully grown son have some how intruded on their perfect Christmas. I loved Katy’s mums text messages. They were so cringey at times and I know I would have reacted just like Katy at times.

I love Ben and Braindead. The soft play scene and the tree story had me chuckling to myself. The post party Love Actually watching was also one of my favourite parts of this book.

There are so many great parts to this book, it was a great addition to the first two books. I love a good Christmas book and this one ticked all the boxes. It was festive, funny, and it was all about family. I can’t wait to see what Tracy brings us in the future.

About Tracy Bloom

Tracy started writing when her cruel, heartless husband ripped her away from her dream job shopping for rollercoasters for the UK’s leading theme parks, to live in America with a brand new baby and no mates. In a cunning plan to avoid domestic duties and people who didn’t understand her Derbyshire accent, she wrote her romantic comedy, NO-ONE EVER HAS SEX ON A TUESDAY. This debut novel went on to be successfully published internationally and became a #1 Best Seller.
Back in the UK she has continued her writing career and has just launched her sixth book.
