Ed is a virgin. I didn’t know those existed – not at our age anyway. Maybe he was so drunk that he forgot all the times he’s had sex. I wish I could get that drunk .
Mia and Ed have been best friends ever since they began teaching at the same school. Ed bakes cake for the staff, Mia eats the cakes. Ed can’t control his students, Mia sorts them out. Mia can’t work the photocopier, Ed shows her how.
Mia’s love life might be chaotic but she’s totally devoted to her super-tidy, cat-owning, geeky but not bad-looking best friend. So, when Mia discovers Ed is still a virgin at twenty-eight, she decides to take matters into her own hands and teach him the skills he needs to seduce the pretty new maths teacher, Caitlin.
It’s an education that involves panic-buying sex toys and buddy-watching porn, and when Ed graduates with an A+ for effort – and begins dating the perfect-on-paper Caitlin – Mia knows her work is done.
But is Caitlin as sweet as she seems? And could Mia’s feelings for Ed be stronger than she realised?

One StarOne StarOne StarOne StarOne Star

This is the 7th book by Kristen I have read and I absolutely adore her style. Every book I have read has been absolutely hilarious and this one is no exception.

The prologue is excellent. It really reminded me of my first time and how awkward and disappointing it was. Kristen got this spot on.

Mia is a great character. She is very likeable and you can easily see her as one of the cool teachers when you were at school. She cares so much but also understands that life is about living. Ed reminds me of my GCSE science teacher.  He’s sweet and really wants his students to do well.

I absolutely loved the cameo from Beth and Lucy Callaghan. If you haven’t read this series by Kristen you absolutely HAVE to. It’s one of my most loved series and I’m always recommending it.

This book is the perfect tonic to a bad day. I’m currently pregnant and was reading this will 25+ weeks and it was perfect for when I’d had a tough night’s sleep or a long tiring day and really needed a pick me up.

I can’t thank Kristen enough for letting me be part of this tour and for my copy via Netgalley. I look forward to many more laughs in the future!
